Sunday July 19   12.:00 pm noon until 6 pm @ Joeys South Common

We intend to hold this event on Sunday July 19, 2009 from 12 P.M. (noon) until 6 P.M. We would like to have the cars there and set up at least 1hr prior to the start of the event. We are expecting to have around 125 people attend by invitation, but this will additionally be an open event where people will be allowed to buy tickets and enter that day. The cars will be arranged in the parking lot of Joey’s in South Edmonton Common and will be blocked off and guarded by security. For each car on the lot there will be a donation box where people can vote for their favorite car, and we will have trophies for first, second and third place which will be handed out at the end of the evening with all the money donated to charity. With the vehicle owners consent, we will also have station set up where people can pay a fee, again with the proceeds going to charity, to have their pictures taken inside the car of their choice.
